This one year guarantee is a promise to you that ,Yellow Star Shih Tzu

delivered to you a healthy puppy, free of illness and disease.

If your puppy becomes ill or develops a genetic condition which

cannot be corrected or treated by a licensed vet., Yellow Star Shih Tzu

will replace your puppy with another puppy of equal value at no cost

to you.

 

Buyer of puppy is responsible for all immunizations and

health care check ups once puppy is placed in his forever home.

Yellow Star Shih Tzu will not be responsible for any vet care once puppy

leaves our home.

 

This is a puppy replacement guarantee, and no refunds of monies

will be issued.

 

If a puppy was mistreated or neglected and did not receive all

immunizations and medical treatment when needed, this guarantee

will be null and void. This guarantee also only applies to the persons who

Purchased the puppy from Yellow Star Shih Tzu, and not to anyone who is sold
